Daisy has nice bone and body for her age which makes her a great brood doe. She can be moody at times, but loves to play outside and is a FANTASTIC mother.

*Registration - A piece of paper also charting 3 generations of the rabbit with ancestory history. This paper however states (for the rabbit it is issued to) that it has free of disqualifications and has been deamed an acceptable representation of said breed. The rabbit also recieves a registration number unqiue to that rabbit.
**Leg - An official certificate issued by a Show Secretary, designating a certain win. In all cases, a leg will only be issued if there are at least 5 rabbits competing for that particular win, with at least 3 breeders of those rabbits. A "Leg" may be awarded for First Place in a class, BOB, BOS, BOV, BOSV, BOG, BOSG, or BIS. A rabbit can only get one Leg per show.
Rabbit Hutches, Cages, and Runs
Most of the moveable runs are 3' by 6'. They are made with wood, wire mesh, and do not have wire on the bottom- We keep the rabbits out in the runs from 1-8 hours on a day during good weather and we have never had a rabbit escape or dig out, but we do check on them every few hours. We also have 3 runs in the rabbit room that are maybe 6' by 8' or so.
Our hutches are anywhere from 2-2 1/2 ft wide and 30" - 57" long. We do have a few pet store cages that we sit on top of the wooden hutches- * that's why the wood hutches have braces on the top to keep the top cages from sliding or moving. I generally only put the rabbits I have for sale in the store bought cages while the resident rabbits have their larger hutches. Daisy's hutch is the largest since she is our main brood doe and usually has 4-6 kits per litter. Her hutch measures 24" by 57". Most of our rabbits are very good about only going to the bathroom over the wire. Batman, one of our rescue pet rabbits, is actually litter-box trained and even though he has a solid wood floor, he only goes potty in his box. It isn't hard to litter train a rabbit and it makes cleaning cages much eaiser.

Buck
Blue Tort
This buck is pretty small in size, but that was exactly why I bought him for my program, plus I adore blue torts!
